1. Founder and Director Pan-American Medical Association (501(c)(3) Nonprofit)2024 – Present
Establishes a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing healthcare disparities by providing medical supplies and resources to underserved regions across the United States, the Americas and the Caribbean.
Directed the mobilization and delivery of over $3 million USD in surgical supplies to underserved Latin American regions.
Established a research-driven humanitarian framework integrating logistics, epidemiology, and community-based assessment tools.
Created the Solidarity Supply Index (SSI) — a data model evaluating supply scarcity, distribution equity, and regional vulnerability.
Developed the Community Impact Measure (CIM) to track clinical and operational outcomes following medical supply interventions.
2. The Pediatric Teaching Hospital "William Soler", 2022-2023
● Gained daily clinical experience with pediatric patients across General Pediatrics, Otorhinolaryngology, and Urology wards in Alta Havana, Boyeros.

● Practiced differential diagnosis and participated in on-call shifts every 5 days (guardias) during General Pediatrics rotation.

3. Medical Student Volunteer for COVID-19 Pandemic Screening Outreach 02/2021-05/2021
▪ Conducted daily home visits to 100+ houses in the Altura de La Habana neighborhood in Cuba, participated in novel public health interventions, including COVID-19 isolation centers, and contributed to the National Vaccine campaign.
